  • Working with a team of six, launched Studio [Y], a 5-year, $10 million, systems change leadership initiative supporting cohorts of 25 participants annually to develop innovation and leadership capacity
  • Sourced and managed partnerships for Studio [Y] with Public, Private and NFP organizations across the Province of Ontario
  • Delivered a province-wide Fellowship recruiting campaign, facilitating 25 individual hour-long information sessions across Ontario, leading to a 214% increase in the number of applications from the previous year
  • Co-designed impact measurement strategy, generating and analyzing relevant data to provide reports to the provincial government on progress toward contractual outcomes
  • Managed all Studio [Y] communications, including newsletter, website, blog and social media


Studio [Y], MaRS Discovery District

  • Initiated development of key peer learning and personal development tools, including “Development Teams” and “Personal Development Plans”, supporting Fellows in achieving their personal and professional goals
  • Designed and coordinated five Studio [Y] events for audiences of over 200 people, liaising with MaRS, government and community stakeholders  
  • Authored a "Personal Development Plan Builder’s Guide" and provided training on its use for external partners at Universities across Ontario
  • Provided coaching and project-based support to Studio [Y] Fellows through bi-weekly "Development Team" meetings.
